jem and the holograms
It's not often that I buy shoes from Forever 21, but when I do, they are pointy and look like space shoes. I may need to go back and get the gunmetal as well. So gaudy. Taken from the inside of the Trump Hotel in Las Vegas, from a rather ill-fated trip. Minna says they remind her of Jem and the Holograms and Robin Sparkles in a bad way, but I think I like this association.

I have had this purple top for years for no good reason. Its sole purpose today was to prevent bare midriff. Jaime Pressley wore the same one in an old episode of My Name is Earl. Stupid clothing trivia. Sorry this one is so dark - I have no excuses. Desperately wishing these Victorian combat boots were my size, but no. I imagine them belonging to some witchy tiny-footed woman who's really into steampunk, but really they would complement anything.
